There are 3 rather large museums on Roemoe. The most wellknown are probably Kommandørgården. Today it belongs to The National Museum. It was build in 1748. It is a farm that shows the wealth there was on Roemoe on the time of the Captains. The museum also has markets, for examble a large sheep market.

The next museum is Naturcenter Tønnisgård. It contains exhibitions about the Wadden Sea and the nature and culture of Roemoe. They also arrange bunkers-tours and Wadden Sea Tours.

The third museum is Denmarks Mechanical Doll museum, which - as the name says - has a large collection of mechanical dolls which is up to 150 years old. Besides this, there is also a lot of wooden- and tin toys...
